For a new order
Choose your preferred term and screen count on the plans page. Its order button prepares a message with your selection. Include the device you want to set up so we can point you to the right guide.
For player help
Send the television or box model, the player name, and the step you are working on. If there is an on-screen message, copy its wording. Cover passwords, playlist addresses, and payment details before sending a screenshot.
For an existing subscription
Use your original WhatsApp conversation when possible. Include the order reference and purchase date, and tell us whether you want setup help, another paid term, or a refund request.
